Making an explainer video is a costly process. Each video is custom-made for your book, and it’s of no use to anybody else. We keep our prices as low as possible. If we were to offer a money-back guarantee, we would need to factor in the refund rate in our pricing. This would mean significantly higher price for our loyal, returning customers who are serious about their purchase decisions. Meanwhile favouring the kind of customers who simply changed their minds not to mention outright frauds. We don’t believe in that, and this is why we don’t do refunds.
